We will be hosting casual drinks & nibbles the night before the wedding at the Fork & Tap in Arrowtown. If you’re in town Thursday night we would love to see you.

Our wedding ceremony & reception will be held at AyRburn, 1 Ayr Avenue, Arrowtown.
If the wet weather plan comes into play, we’ll have a new venue just for the ceremony. Keep an eye out for an update closer to the day!

FORMAL/DRESSY - We’d love for everyone to dress up and look their best ON OUR WEDDNG DAY! Think formal and elegant — suits, cocktail dresses, and EVENING DRESSES are all welcome.

bus transport IS PROVIDED on 27TH November between Queenstown, Arrowtown and Ayrburn. find the following DETAILS BELOW (Exact pick-up and drop-off locations will be confirmed here soon SO keep an eye out for updates!).
Getting to Ayrburn
2:00pm - Queenstown PICK UP
2:00PM - Arrowtown PICK UP
Getting home from Ayrburn
Buses will run to Arrowtown and Queenstown at approx. 10:00pm, 12:00am and 3:00am.
Additional runs will be made as needed between 10:00pm–3:00am.
3:00am will be the final departure.
Accomodation
We recommend staying close to Arrowtown or Queenstown as these will be where we are arranging the buses for pick up/drop off.
TRAVELING BY CAR
Parking will be available at all venues, further details will be provided shortly.
Adults Only
While we love your little ones, we have chosen to make our wedding an adults-only celebration. We hope this gives everyone the chance to relax and enjoy the evening with us. But we'd love to see them at the Fork & Tap and the day after!
WISHING WELL
Your presence at our wedding is more than enough. But if you would like to give a gift, we will have a wishing well on the day for those who wish to contribute.
